Passion for combat sports, passion for people
Our head coach has had a passion for kickboxing from a young age. He competed himself, but soon discovered his real calling lay elsewhere: in training people and helping them reach their potential.
Today he coaches both dedicated fighters and people who simply want to get fitter and stronger. His sessions are intense and challenging, with a strong focus on technique, self-defence and endurance — so you build both conditioning and confidence.
