Good to know

Do I need experience?
No. We start with the basics: your stance, your punches and your breathing. Anyone can join, at any level.
Do I have to spar?
Sparring is not required. The focus is on technique, strength and conditioning. If you want to try it later, you can — safely and at your own pace.
What do I need?
Sportswear and shoes. You can borrow gloves and wraps from us.
Can I train one-on-one or in a group?
Both. 1-on-1 for maximum attention, or in a small group for fun and a more affordable rate.
