Good to know

Do I need experience?
No. We start with the basics and build up technique and intensity calmly. Anyone can join, regardless of fitness or age.
Do I have to spar or make contact?
Only if you want to. The training is about technique, conditioning and fun — sparring is never required.
What do I need?
Sportswear and good shoes. You can borrow boxing gloves and wraps from us until you have your own set.
Can I train one-on-one or in a group?
Both are possible. 1-on-1 for maximum attention, or in a small group for extra fun and a more affordable rate.
