Good to know

How often per week should I train?
For most people, twice a week works best: enough stimulus to make progress with enough time to recover. During your intake we set a schedule together that fits your goal and your week.
I'm a beginner — can I join too?
Absolutely. We coach people of every level, from complete beginners to advanced athletes. Every exercise and intensity is adapted to you.
What does personal training cost?
A single 1-on-1 session of 60 minutes is €60. With a monthly package (12 sessions) you train for €600 a month — cheaper per session. See the pricing for all options.
Do I need to bring my own schedule?
No. Based on your intake and baseline measurement, your coach builds a complete schedule and adjusts it as you go.
